1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing, using, or creating an account on this website (the "Site"), operated by Home Solutions Depot Plus ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

6. Account Registration & Security
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.
- High-risk activities may require OTP, ID verification, or email/phone validation.
All personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173). You may request account deletion subject to verification. Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be terminated without prior notice.
7. Orders & Payments (upon activation of purchasing feature)
- Submitting an order is an offer to purchase and is subject to our acceptance.
- Prices will follow the displayed amount at the time of ordering unless there is a clear system or typographical error.
- Payments will be processed by secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store credit card data unless explicitly allowed and securely protected.
- We have the right to cancel or decline orders; refunds will be provided for orders that are already paid.
An order shall be deemed accepted only upon issuance of an electronic confirmation or successful payment acknowledgment. Refunds for cancelled or rejected orders shall be processed within seven (7) working days in accordance with DTI DAO 02-06. We reserve the right to cancel or void orders resulting from technical errors, system glitches, or suspected fraud, even after payment, provided that a full refund is issued.
8. Delivery & Transfer of Ownership
- Delivery fees, timelines, and courier details will be provided at checkout.
- Ownership and risk transfer will follow the agreed delivery policies stated during checkout.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon confirmed receipt of the product, except where otherwise required by law. Delivery timelines are estimates only, and we are not responsible for courier delays or acts beyond our reasonable control.
9. Returns, Refunds & Warranty
Once selling becomes active, a formal Returns and Refund Policy will be posted, aligned with the Philippine Consumer Act (RA 7394). This will include product warranty coverage, defective item handling, and refund procedures.
Customers shall have the right to return or request replacement for defective, wrong, or damaged products within seven (7) days of receipt, as provided by DTI and RA 7394. Consumable, customized, or clearance items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective. Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and with complete accessories.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except where expressly provided: The Site and its contents are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Except as required by applicable law, including statutory product warranties under RA 7394. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount you paid within the past 12 months. Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for gross negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Home Solutions Depot Plus harmless against any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from misuse of the Site, breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or violations of law. This indemnity obligation shall survive the termination or expiration of your account or use of the Site and shall apply subject to applicable laws and regulations.
13. Intellectual Property Rights
All content (logos, text, images, graphics, layouts, and software) on the Site is owned by or licensed to Home Solutions Depot Plus. - Legal action (civil and/or criminal) and cooperation with law enforcement for fraud, chargeback abuse, data theft, or system manipulation.
All identity verification activities shall comply with the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173). We may blacklist devices, IP addresses, or accounts associated with repeated fraudulent or abusive behavior.
17. Prohibited Acts
- Create fake accounts or impersonate others.
- Manipulate pricing, reviews, or product data.
- Attempt to hack, exploit, or bypass any system or security feature.
- Engage in chargeback fraud or malicious cancellations.
Violations may result in suspension, account termination, forfeiture of pending orders or credits, and referral to law enforcement authorities.
18. Third-Party Links & Services
Any third-party link, courier service, or payment processor is independent. We are not responsible for their content, performance, or policies. Third-party terms and privacy policies apply separately, and you are encouraged to review them before using such services. We are not liable for any loss, delay, or damage resulting from third-party errors, failures, or outages.
19. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, cyber-attacks, government restrictions). Examples include pandemics, lockdowns, supply chain disruptions, power outages, or telecommunications failures. Our obligations shall be suspended, not terminated, during the duration of such events.
20. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
